Wednesday 26th August saw the launch of the capsule collection – Roxy Heart by Zakee Shariff.

Roxy Heart is a unique concept initially born to boost creativity; it brings together talented artists musicians and designers to collaborate with Roxy’s head designer, Valérie Thevenot to create fresh new collections each season.

London – based artist Zakee Shariff is a multi-talented artist having collaborated with the likes of coca-cola, Paul Smith, and Nike creating prints, products, fashion and art pieces.

The song “Fly like an eagle” by the Steve Miller band and Zakee’s love of nature inspires the collection; with Eagle drawings printed and embroidered on casual fine jersey t-shirts and silk prints on dresses and tops with a ‘40s edge to them.

Beyond the Valley, the West End boutique with an East End vibe hosted the party with a serving of champagne and delicious cupcakes. The venue will serve as a pop-up shop for the collection until the 27^th September 09.
