		<description>I saw these stickers in Berlin as well and found them pretty fun. The smart thing is that you find them on other &quot;illegaly&quot; posted bills like the one in Copenhagen.

So may I ask another question as well: Is it vandalism to flip a burning cigarette into a fire?

As for the election bills I think it is the same as in France: They are financed by tax money and party donations. So in fact, every citizen has payed for some bills out of her/his own pocket and should be allowed to spice them up a bit! I wish I had a few to decorate Paris with them...</description>
